Our studio has grown by word of mouth for over twenty years. Our clients range from dancers in their 20's to 72-year-old engineers -- from inveterate couch potatoes to sophisticated followers of fitness trends.

We are located in the heart of DUMBO, Brooklyn amid the many cobblestone streets, the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, the waterfront and other wonders, very close to major subway lines.
